Norditrack 2450 won’t power up

Hi. I hope you can help me please. I have a Norditrack 2450 commercial treadmill it’s about 8 years old.When I turn it on a fixed red light comes on the lower control board but the console won’t light up and the machine won’t work at all.Just below the console their is a small circuit board that has the words ant/ receiver.It blinks 4 times stops and then continues to repeat that process.The machine has a reset switch that seems to work.I look forward to hearing from you.Thank you Phill

    The best way to see which is bad, either console or controller is to test the main harness that runs up the right side. You want to check for 8 to 12VDC with a voltmeter between the red wire & the black wire. If you have the proper voltage then you have a bad console, but if you do not have that voltage then its a motor controller.
