Incline motor buzzing when not in use

I just recently purchased a treadmill on Amazon. It works great, but recently the incline motor started making a buzzing noise. It stops when I incline or decline but once in position, it starts again. I’d prefer not to call a repair tech if it’s a simple fix.

    very hard to say, could be a issue with either lower board or incline motor,
