Pacemaster Gold Elite Error Code 306

Anyone know what needs to be fixed for Error code 306? Can't seem to find it anywhere.

    Error 306 Soft Start Soft start circuit failed to charge the capacitor at start-up.
    1. replace lower board ( they are no longer available.
    2. You can call Jason from Arkansas fitness 501-450-6283 and he will repair it if you send board into him.
