Bought this machine several years back and now it’s having issues with loading workouts and program crashes. I’ve tried the factory reset software button but this doesn’t fix the issue. I only have about 500miles on this unit and would like to upgrade the console to the latest version. Is that possible?

    Just received an auto update on the machine last night and they have now removed all ifit connectivity from the machine without notice… I was an active customer and they did this without notice! Wish I could paste the photo I took.
