Hi I bought a new controller from Treadmill Doctor and it worked in that my belt spins again, but the incline and decline controls are backwards! When I press up the deck goes down and vice versa. I'm not sure which cable is wrong because some connectors are keyed (meaning you can't really put them in the wrong way) The belt spins forward so I know that is correct but can't figure out which connector is backwards causing incline and decline to be backwards. Here is a pic of how I have the new controller.

    Locate the incline motor connector on the new board. Then, follow the red and black wires from that connector back to the incline motor and swap those 2 wires on the motor. (unplug the machine first)
