Nordictrack 1750 motor board trouble

Hey, my Nordictrak commercial is giving a brief burst of power when I try to start a run, the red LED is giving 3 flashes followed by a pause then another 3 flashes and so on. From what iv seen online this means the motor board is receiving over 34 amps and the board needs to be replaced🤷🏻‍♂️.
Also I buy from treadmill doctor but it turns out not to be the problem can the board be returned?

    Sounds like a controller also, you can return it within 30 days if that part does not fix the issue.
