Treadmill slows down to 0.5 mph no matter what speed I set it to...
Hi, I'm new here and am looking for any insight or advice.
I have an NTL21905.0 treadmill (Nordictrack Elite 3200) and when I run a speed check the machine gets all the way up to 12.6 mph. The problem is when I select a speed to run at (whether it's 4 mph, 5 mph, 6, etc) after about 5 seconds the machine (and display) beeps and it slows down to 0.5 mph. This happens even when I'm not on the belt.
Has anybody experienced anything like this or know where I should focus my attention? Any insight or ideas are welcomed and appreciated!

Prior to adjusting, the speed during speed calibration was maxing out at 13 mph (as opposed to 12).
Hopefully this is helpful if anyone else has the same issue down the road!
