Matrix T7XI Internet Connection

I recently purchased a used Matrix T7XI and I am trying to connect it to the internet but having some issues, I have read a few instructions online from Matrix that point out needing a commercial gateway between my internet connection and treadmill. Anyone have experience with this that could point me in the right direction?

    I would contact matrix direct for that info.

    To update: I found the software version on the machine was out dated and after updating using a USB the treadmill connected to the wired internet without issue.
