X5I incline trainer

My incline was not matching up to what buttons were being touched. If I hit 0 it would go to -3, if I hit 5 it would go to 20. I tried calibration...went up to 20 then back to 0 but definitely wasn't 0. I installed a new incline sensor, calibration went the exact same and now none of the incline buttons work. Any suggestions on what to try next? thank you!!

    Could be in the console itself.

    the incline led lights on the control board do not light up when the treadmill calls for incline. I'm guessing it's the control board which is discontinued..may be time for a new machine
