Xterra TRX2500
Hello, My wife was complaining that while running on the treadmill it starts to speed up. And she can not get it to slow down or stop using the buttons. So she gets off and unplugs. ( I dont know if she pulled the KEY on not...lol )
Anyways I called the manufacture and got a repair center that sold me a control panel. IT DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM,
with the old control panel and the new one none of the buttons work Start, Stop, Incline, etc... Where do I go from here?
