lowerback strain after treadmill
Not sure if this is the right forum, but in case someone can help... I recently got a Peloton treadmill and I don't think I'm pushing myself too hard either speedwise or inclinewise. After every workout, even after stretching, my lowerback feels strain and hurts. After a few days it subsides, but I don't know what I might be doing wrong to get a back ache. I only walk on it and I never run. Backache shouldn't happen, right? Any advice would be appreciated.
