  Sooooo, I installed the new part and everything worked beautifully for a while. This morning, though, none of the buttons would work. It powered on and the message scrolled across the screen (choose a program or quickstart), but NOTHING worked. Any advice? This is killing me 🤔😒😒

  Trying unpluging the ribbon cable and clean the end off then plug back in and see what that does.

  I unplugged, cleaned, replugged EVERYTHING and treadmill is finally working again. Thanks so much for all of your help!
