My T5.5 incline will only go up during calibration

I should start off with that I have the MC2100 motor controller. I have replaced the sensor on the incline motor and still have the same problem. I can reverse the motor by swapping the red wire and black wire on the capacitor on the motor and it will drive in the downward direction. I don't want to spend the money for the controller pcb. I'm pretty confident that one of the power transistors is bad that control the motor. If I could get my hands on both of the transistors I would change them out. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help.

    we only carry the motor controllers ,not the transistors.
