AFG 4.0AE elevation and resistance stuck on one setting

Can't change the elevation or resistance on this Elliptical machine. Any advice to what may cause this and how to trouble shoot?

    When you try to increase the incline or resistance do the numbers go up on console, if not then you have a console issue.
