NordicTrack Commercial 2450 (2020 Model)
The users manual says "Your treadmill features a walking belt coated with high-performance lubricant. Never apply silicone spray or other substances to the walking belt or the walking platform unless instructed to do so by an authorized service representative." - So does this mean the belt has lubricant built in or is this lubricant that was applied before it left the factory? Further does this mean I never have to lubricate? I thought most treadmills needed lubrication?
I opened a case with NordicTrack and asked about what lubricant was used and how often I should lubricate and was given the answer of "silicone" and "every 3-6 months". So again the disjointed responses leave me wondering what exactly is the maintenance path for the running deck?
