Proform Pro 1000 Speed Calibration

I'm had to replace my motor last year, and the speed is off. I didn't mind when only using it once and a while (mild winter last year), but as it gets colder I can see myself using it more.

I can get into the menu to calibrate the incline but didn't find a menu to calibrate the speed. I also couldn't find a reed senor to adjust.

Please help!
