Sole F80 Drive Pulsates

We have a Sole F80 Treadmill that is pulsating at lower speeds. It seems to be laboring and we replaced the drive motor that Sole sent us to fix this problem. I was curious if a component like a power transistor or triac on the drive board could be the culprit?
