Treadmill won't power on

I have a Weslo Cadence 78s. When I plug it in the console does not work but if I push the incline decline buttons that will operate. I have tested the reset switch and that is fine 120v. I can turn the motor freely by hand. None of the LED lights illuminate on the control board to get a code. Would it be worth a try to order another board or is there something else I should check first?

    Sounds like it may be the lower board that could be the problem, the cost of that is $109.99 plus $6.99 shipping. You could also take apart console and check at the connections and she if that helps.

    Thank you. I did take apart the console. In the end I finally decided to curb it.
