ProForm Crosswalk Fit 415 Display problem

My display on my treadmill started to lose parts of the numbers. The area that represents how far you have gone on a track has also lost some of its parts (the black sections). I’ve taken my display off to make sure none of the wires were loose and I don’t see any problems (but I also don’t know what I’m looking at). The treadmill still runs and operates just fine.

Any ideas on how to fix it, or where to get a new display without replacing the entire console?
