Cross walk 415 treadmill

Problem, when start unit, the belt drive will stop or slow down when ws start to walk on it. Have ron it at max speed and eventually it operats at lower speed. Have checked all belts for slip, they are good. Checked motor tempeture at bearings of motor, ok.

Not sure how to check motor or speed control ?

Digital speed control seems to work correctly.

Suggestions?

    Sounds like it could be a drive motor or motor controller board.
