Cybex ArcTrainer 610a

in Elliptical Problems
I recently bought a Cybex Arc Trainer 610a and could use some help troubleshooting some issues:

1. Doesn’t seem to be adjusting resistance as much as it should.

2. Watts and SPM stay at 0.

3. Pauses and ends workout within a few minutes.

I put it into test mode and it and it displays no errors. All the LCB lights appear to be lit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Sounds like a rpm sensor is not picking up , may need to be adjusted or replaced.
