powers on, display works normally, when you hit start ...error code 304.... , will not start belt, incline not working.... upper circuit board has 1 red led lit steady, lower board has 3 leds which do NOT light up. checked and has 120 volts coming into board, fuse is good. I can't find any info on code 304

    Error 304 Remote Start Remote enable signal from the controller did not perform the correct start-up sequence. 1. re-seat harness on lower board 2. replace harness 3. replace lower board
