Image 10.6QL Running belt replacement

Has anyone ever replaced the running belt on an Image 10.6QL treadmill? I can not figure out how to remove the front roller to slide the new belt over it.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!

    You actually will need to remove base frame from uprights in order to get to the front roller bolts. very bad design.
