The factory reset didn’t work. My console won’t accept manual or touch input. The display loops between the Home Screen and the IFit software download screen. Any suggestions?? The machine was off for a prolonged period of time prior to this

try turning off all wifi and blue tooth devices that are nearby and try rebooting again
