Proform 515s control board not working.

in Treadmill Problems
we have a Proform 515s and the console board doesn't turn on. Thus the rest of the treadmill doesn't work either. I know its getting power to the controller, as the light comes on to the board. From what i understand that is the way it will give you a code to trouble shoot any problems. My question is should I just purchase another console or is it deeper than that?

    You can see if you are getting proper voltage on the Black wire and the red wire , you should be getting anywhere from 8vdc to 12 vdc on the black & red wires on the main harness coming up to console.
