NordicTrack 2450 error message "an error occurred loading library works"

Not sure why we have this error message. Took the following steps:

1. Reset console per manual to default. Set up wireless and etc..
2. Followed steps in the manual to seek out and update firmware.
3. Firmware successfully loaded.
4. Upon completion, went to browse library and got the same error message "An error occurred loading library workouts"

Not sure what else to do before i need to call support. Any suggestions?

    Update: Contacted ifit support (app that runs the console on the treadmill) and they said their server that host the programs i want to access is down which is why i am unable to access them. Their server is projected to be up within 12 hours or less.
