Treadmill making a clunking notice at rear

I have a ProForm 735CS Treadmill and it started making a clunking noise, I think from the rear. I think it might be a bearing. Can the bearings on this type of treadmill be replaced and if so how hard is it? I removed the rear roller, but not sure I can get to the bearings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
