Hi

I recently purchased an X22i but am having problems with the belt being inconsistent at above 30% incline. It sort of slows down every 3rd step or so and then speeds up causing you to fall forwards.
Anyone else experiencing something similar? It basically means I can’t really use the machine safely on an incline greater than 30%.

Would love to hear whether this is an issue for anyone else. Customer service tell me this is normal but I find it hard to believe.

    Try to lube the walking belt and see if that helps.

    Hi I have a new X11i Nordictrack Treadmill, I have exactly the same issue, the only way around this is to hold the hand rails. I have emailed Nordictrack but no reply so far
