Tread mill turns on incline works screen turns on but belt does not move screen shows that it running solid red light on motor control . i already tested motor with drill battery does move easy to move motor by hand so not stuck everything looks normal but belt does not move need help don't want to buy wrong part anyone out there might have an idea.

You would need to replace the motor controller then.
