Pacemaster Gold - Issues Increasing Speed

Treadmill: Pacemaster Gold Elite

Issue: Can only increase speed in .1 mph increments. Every time I press the + (increase button), I get a clicking sound that sounds almost like a cricket.

There is no issue however in decreasing the speed.
