Reebok GT40s knocking

Hi, I have a Reebok gt40s treadmill and have noticed a knocking noise but only when my feet are hitting the deck. The knocking noise is on the left hand side of the deck towards the front. The treadmill seems to run smooth with no weight on it and I only hear the noise each time my weight hits the deck.

Any help with this is much appreciated

May need to tighten deck down.
