Treadmill trips circuit breaker

I have a Pace Master Bronze Classic treadmill placed in a former bedroom in a new home. When running faster than 7 mph the circuit breaker triggers. I know that newer homes have very sensitive breakers. What is the recommended approach to address the problem? Some forums suggest using a surge protector/suppressor rated for both EMI and RFI up to 75 db. Thoughts?

  • Its sounds like it may be drawing to much amps, when was the last time the you Lube the belt and deck? This should be done at least twice a year.
  • It has been much longer than a year since either has been lubricated. Are you aware of easy to find instructions on how I might take care of it?
